I think many of us are always on the lookout for a good, solid contractor whether it be for large remodeling or smaller projects. So I thought I’d take the time to recommend a Contractor with whom we’ve been working and have just completed a major (and I mean major) renovation. We started working with Murat of IS-EM in March on a complete tear down and remodel of a 4 story house. Everything had to be torn down, upgraded, renovated and face lifted. Murat and his team were such stellar workers, never leaving a mess, thinking everything through and completing everything on time. When we encountered challenges (and there were many), Murat never spoke in terms of problems, but came to us with solutions. He was diligent with weekly update meetings and always available to talk when called.Even when we wanted to change things, Murat was always accommodating and really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy.

He is a delight to work with and competitively priced. We have moved forward and asked him to do another job for us and see a long term relationship with his company.

Vorig jaar heeft Murat en zijn team onze badkamer en toilet vernieuwd. Wij waren erg tevreden over de prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding dat we recent ons hele huis incl plafond hebben laten stucen en verven . De mannen hebben zo hard gewerkt dat het ruim voor de feestdagen klaar is. Jullie zijn toppers..!Mannen, wij wensen jullie fijne dagen en een goede jaarswisseling toe.

I would recommend Murat and his team from is-em for a building project. Working with them has indeed been a very positive experience.

I used their services to build a second-floor extension to my house, and a bathroom within the extension. Before the work started, I was concerned about how I could communicate with them effectively (my Dutch is poor). But I needn’t have worried – Murat always had a translator at hand for important communication.

The entire work has been completed to a good standard and at a good price. All problems along the way were solved collaboratively and creatively, which is important, because there are inevitably so many problems to contend with during a building project! Murat’s customer-centric attitude is commendable. He is also sincere and honest.

They offer the entire range of services – from masonry to carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting etc. So if you are planning a renovation, I would certainly recommend that you contact is-em for a quote.

I too highly recommend Murat and his team. His quote was the best priced and the shortest duration of all the quotes we gathered for the renovation of our flat. The work he and his team did was excellent – they really went above and beyond in terms of quality, and worked through the weekend and into the evenings to get in done on schedule. The support Murat offered us – he was always available to offer advice, connect us with suppliers and answer any questions we had – was more than we could have asked for as first-time buyers. I will certainly be calling Murat for any/all future renovations we’ll have!

Murat heeft bij ons een badkamer vernieuwd. Hij heeft een scherpe offerte afgegeven en zich daar netjes aan gehouden. Hij heeft hele goede en ook prettige mensen die voor hem werken, heel belangrijk! Professioneel bouwbedrijf. Heeft in mei mijn uitbouw gedaan en ben zeer tevreden. Murat denkt goed met je mee waardoor de uitbouw nog mooier is geworden dan wat ik voor ogen had. Goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Leuke sfeer en het woord onmogelijk bestaat voor Murat niet!

I highly recommend Murat and his dedicated crew from IS-EM bouw. After having a horrible experience with our first contractor, we contacted Murat who was recommended to us.

Upon calling Murat on a Friday, he viewed our place and provided us a quote on Saturday. We signed the contract on Sunday and his team started working on Monday and worked through the Christmas holidays! Amazing! They had to tear down the pathetic job of wallpapering the prior contractor had done, clean the walls, plaster, paint (145 sq. meter, 3 level house), they tiled the laundry room floor and ground floor, and then last minute we decided to go through Murat to find flooring for the top 2 levels. The efficiently is unlike anything I have experienced here in the Netherlands!

Also, with the flooring, meeting with us on Thursday evening, even bringing the samples to our house, floors were delivered on Friday and by Sunday morning all the flooring as well as the finishing panels were installed. This was all done within a 3 week period!

Murat sent pictures throughout the project, and was always available when needed.

IS-EM bouw does everything from floors, kitchens, tiling, walls and electrical.

I highly recommend Murat and his team from IS-EM bouw, if you are looking for an honest, efficient, reliable contractor who provides a level of service that far excels anything I have ever experienced in my 10 years of living in the Netherlands! (That says a lot coming from an American!
